The Suntech ST-DF360 is a high-precision UV Inkjet Printer designed for cylindrical and curved surface applications. This small desktop printer features magnetic levitation and Siemens PLC control for enhanced stability and precision. Compatible with Ricoh G5i and Epson 1600 printheads, it supports custom printing on cylindrical items ranging from 80–2400mm in length and 40–110mm in diameter. Ideal for thermos cups, cans, ice cube cups, bowls, and more.

Product detail introduction
1. Cylinder positioning
The workitem is quickly and accurately controlled,placed on the equipment,by the body bearing,the holding of the clamping part,so that the workpiece is fixed in the precise position in the fixture；
2. Liner motor
Drive the print head to move precisely: The linear motor directly drives the print head to move at high speed and high precision along the X-axis (transverse) and Y-axis (longitudinal), ensuring that the ink is precisely sprayed onto the material surface.
Achieving high dynamic response: Linear motors do not require traditional mechanical transmission components (such as belts and gears), and are directly driven by electromagnetic force, with an extremely fast response speed, making them suitable for high-frequency reciprocating motion.
Multi-color overprint calibration: In UV printers with multiple nozzles (such as CMYK+ white ink + varnish), the high repeat positioning accuracy of linear motors (within ±01mm) ensures that different color layers are perfectly aligned, avoiding gaping or color deviation.
3. Ink cartridge
Ensure the stable delivery of ink：The ink cartridge is connected to the print head through precise pipes to ensure a uniform and continuous supply of ink, avoiding ink interruption or color difference during the printing process
Protecting the printing system: Ink cartridges are usually equipped with a built-in filtration system to prevent impurities from clogging the print head
Impact on print quality: The sealing property of the ink cartridge and the purity of the ink directly affect the accuracy of the printed color and the fineness of the pattern.
